With over 37 years of experience in the financial services industry, Darrell Fenner brings a wealth of knowledge to his role at Your Choice Financial. Specializing in investment and insurance solutions, Darrell is committed to helping clients make informed decisions to protect and grow their wealth. His approach is rooted in building long-term relationships and providing personalized advice tailored to each client's unique goals.

Outside of the office, Darrell enjoys hitting the golf course and expanding his collection of classic cars.

Financial Planner

Kyle is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Kyle brings both technical expertise and a client-first approach to his role at Your Choice Financial. 

 Kyle provides a full range of services designed to support your financial success, including financial planning, investment planning, insurance planning, tax planning, and tax filing. He works closely with a wide range of clients to create tailored strategies that align with their goals, values, and lifestyle.
 

Outside of work, Kyle lives for the outdoors and stays active through running marathons, rock climbing, golfing, biking, snowboarding, and skydiving. His passion for adventure and discipline carries through to how he supports clients — with energy, clarity, and a commitment to helping them succeed.

Financial Advisor

Robin has been in the financial service/insurance business for over 30 years. Robin’s background in education drives his approach of educating clients to fully understand all areas of personal finance. These areas include borrowing, credit, budgeting, money management, tax planning, risk management and investing. A knowledgeable client will make informed decision and avoid emotional ones. 

Robin is active, playing hockey in the winter and golfing in the summer. Time with family, friends and grandkids is a priority. Travel is also on the agenda.

 Life Insurance Advisor

 Cindy brings over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry. As a trusted advisor at Your Choice Financial, Cindy works with a broad range of clients—from individuals and families to business owners and corporate teams—delivering solutions that align with their unique goals. 

Before her role as an advisor, Cindy worked 22 years in the medical field, where she gained a deep understanding of health and wellness. This experience has shaped her approach to insurance, where she values providing personalized and compassionate service.

 Cindy offers a broad range of insurance services, including life, critical illness, disability, health, and business-related coverage. Her holistic approach ensures clients receive well-rounded, strategic advice that supports their entire financial and personal well-being. 

Life Insurance Advisor

Wilma has vast experience in the financial services industry. She started her career with the bank of Nova Scotia and managed a credit union. After a few years, she moved to Saskatoon to manage 2 trust companies, After the sale of Sunlife trust, she was given the opportunity to recruit and train insurance and mutual fund advisors for Sunlife and Standard Life. This lead her into starting her own  AGA agency that lasted over 20 years with 30 advisors. She has since transitioned to looking after her own clients' financial wellbeing no matter what stage they are at and has an extensive product line to offer.

Office Manager

With over 12 years of experience in the finance industry, Sherry brings a wealth of knowledge and organizational expertise to our team at Your Choice Financial. Sherry began her career as a licensed assistant with Wilma Halstrom, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and financial administration. Sherry also spent several years with Hub Insurance, further honing her skills in insurance operations and customer relations.

Known for her attention to detail and warm client approach, Sherry plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Outside of work, Sherry enjoys attending Saskatoon Blades hockey games with her husband of over 30 years — a shared tradition they both look forward to throughout the season.

Customer Service

Cheryl has been involved in the financial services business for 25 years specializing in customer service and administration. Her many duties have included dealing with claims and issuing policies in all lines of insurance. Cheryl has in her past been a co-owner/manager of a couple of insurance agencies. Cheryl’s attention to detail is one of her many strong points.

Cheryl enjoys time with family, especially chasing and spoiling grandkids. She also loves to travel with a special love for Europe.

Chief Happiness Officer

Meet Venus, our beloved office dog and everyone's favorite coworker. As Chief Happiness Officer, Venus brings joy, comfort, and the occasional paw of approval to our workdays. Whether she's greeting clients with a wagging tail or snoozing peacefully during meetings, Venus reminds us to slow down, smile, and enjoy the little things.

Known for her calming presence and treat-motivated work ethic, Venus is always ready for a walk, a cuddle, or a team morale boost. She's more than just a furry face – she's part of the family.
